Exchanges & Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Bling Bling Sister offers and accepts exchanges and returns within our grace period. All claims must be made to customercare@blingblingsister.com or through one of our channels within seven days upon receiving the item.

Refunds are generally in the form of store credit. Additional shipping fees may apply. We do not offer cash refunds except under special circumstances determined under Bling Bling Sister’s sole discretion. Please read our ‘Domestic’ and ‘International Policy’ for more info.

Domestic Policy

Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt of acceptance by courier for any prior defects or damages. Other general return requests must be submitted within this grace period and may or may not be accepted under the sole discretion of Bling Bling Sister or relevant official agents and partners. Since we provide free express shipping on all orders domestically, there will be a restocking fee of $35USD(฿1000THB) for all general returns and exchanges. A request must be submitted to Bling Bling Sister through any of our contact channels or by e-mail to customercare@blingblingsister.com. And the following conditions are to be met:

a. The product must not have been used and in new condition.
b. A copy of the confirmation receipt when you received the bag.
c. All warranties, authenticity cards, accessories such as locks, keys, straps, etc., dust bags, and boxes are intact and returned together with the product.

Upon receiving the items, we will inspect that the item meets all of our conditions. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Customizable product sales are final. They may be returned only if it was damaged during delivery or there are any manufacturing defects to the product, which must be submitted to Bling Bling Sister within 7 days of receiving the item. Bling Bling Sister will repair the item if possible or have one made new.

This policy applies to customers in Thailand, China, and Hong Kong.

International Returns Policy

For returns a claim must be made through any of our channels most convenient for you within seven days upon acceptance of the package. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

a. The product must not have been used and in new condition.
b. A copy of the confirmation receipt when you received the bag.
c. All warranties, authenticity cards, dust bags, boxes and any accessories such as locks, keys, straps, etc., are intact and returned together with the product.
d. Goods must be returned using express shipping with a valid tracking number.

Upon receiving the items, we will inspect that the item meets all of our conditions. Once the item has passed inspections, the new item will be shipped out. Additional shipping fees may apply. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Custom-made product sales are final.

Item Damage In Transit

Products are sent with express shipping and arrive safely. However on rare occasions an item may get damaged during delivery. We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect the item upon receiving it and let us know immediately if there are any damages. We may request photographic support regarding the problem before authorizing a return and advise you to safe-keep all receipts and documents relating to your purchase. A claim can be made by e-mailing us at customercare@blingblingsister.com or through one of our sales channels.
