Shipping Policy

General

Typically we send out all orders within 24hrs. If the order had been placed on Friday, the weekend or within a holiday it will dispatch the next working day. Once the product/s is en route, you will be notified by e-mail with a tracking number.

Bespoke items require a creation time of 2-4 weeks and are dispatched as they are available. Some popular products may be out of stock and there is a waiting period based on availability. These items can take as long as 1 month to dispatch if there is a significant waiting list. In this case, you will be notified by e-mail.

Bling Bling Sister insures each order through transit up until reaching its destination. a recipient is required to sign for the package upon delivery.

International Shipping

We use international express shipping to anywhere in the world. The couriers that may be used are: Post EMS, SF Express, DHL, Aramex. All of which can take around 3-7 days to arrive. We ensure the safe and swift delivery of your order. For a limited time, express shipping is currently free for all orders above $800usd. Otherwise there is a flat fee of $25usd for countries in the Asia Pacific/SE Asia region and $58usd for all other destinations. All orders are directly packaged and sent out from one of our warehouses.

Delivery in Thailand

All orders in Thailand are delivered free by EMS Thailand Post. Delivery time for destinations within the greater Bangkok area is 48 hours. For other provinces in Thailand the delivery time is up to 60 hours, excluding weekends or holidays.

Delivery in China

All orders in China will be dispatched using SF Express express shipping services. The average delivery time is 2 working days.

Customs Fees

Although rare, certain countries may charge an import fee and delay a timely delivery. Unfortunately this is beyond our control, as the recipient, you are liable for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. In some cases, you may be required to directly pick up the package. We can assist in tracking down the package and its location for you.
